The North Brunswick Heritage Day Committee will hold a 5K Walk/Run and 2K9 on July 9 at North Brunswick Community Park, 2053 Route 130 south, North Brunswick, rain or shine.
Check in is at 7:30 a.m. The 5K begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by the K9 walk at 9 a.m.
The pre-registration fee is $15 for people and dogs. Day-of registration is $20 for people only. Registrants who sign up by June 17 will receive a T-shirt.
All dogs must be licensed, vaccinated and have tags; be sociable with other dogs and people; and be leashed.
The annual Heritage Day celebration will be held Sept. 24.
