POLICE BLOTTER for the week of 6/10/16

The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, June 1, 2016. 
Susan D. Humphrey, 53, of East Brunswick, was charged with DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, speeding, failure to maintain lane and failure to exhibit a driver’s license after being arrested at 1:10 a.m. May 27 on Route 130.
An officer observed a vehicle operating recklessly on Route 130 near Hickory Corner Road and conducted a motor vehicle stop. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Ms. Humphrey was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. She was later released pending court action. 
Officers responded to the Retro Fitness parking lot at 10:30 a.m. May 27 for a vehicle burglary. One victim reported that the driver’s side window was broken but nothing was taken from the vehicle. A second victim reported that someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a purse containing $40 cash from the front seat. 
Fernando E. Tiniganay-Tigre, 21, of Hightstown, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped at 10:40 p.m. on Huntington Drive.
An officer observed a vehicle parked and occupied on Huntington Drive. Further investigation revealed that the passenger was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Tiniganay-Tigre was arrested and later released pending court action. 
Elizaveta V. Ovsyannikova, 20, of Plainsboro, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and littering from a motor vehicle after being stoped at 3:25 a.m. May 28 on One Mile Road.
An officer observed the driver throw litter outside the vehicle and conducted a motor vehicle stop on One Mile Road near Route 133. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Ms. Ovsyannikova was arrested and later released pending court action. 
Jason Clavijo, 20, of East Windsor, was charged with possession with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance or analog, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped at 6 a.m. May 28 in the Wawa parking lot.
An officer responded to the Wawa parking lot for a report of a suspicious vehicle possibly occupied by an intoxicated person. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of marijuana, non-prescribed pills and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Clavijo was arrested and later released pending court action. 
Malcolm R. McNealy, 25, of Somerset, was charged with DUI, DUI in a school zone, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain a lane; use of a cellular phone in a motor vehicle; failure to wear seatbelt and for having an unclear license plate after being stopped at 3:25 a.m. May 29 on Twin Rivers Drive.
An officer observed a vehicle operating recklessly on Route 133 east near Route 130 and conducted a motor vehicle stop. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. McNealy was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action. 
Nicholas J. Anderson, 20, of Brick, N.J., was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped at 2:02 p.m. May 30 on Wyckoffs Mill Road.
An officer observed two individuals walk onto the former Elementis property and believed they were possibly trespassing. After locating them, one of the individuals was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Anderson was arrested and later released pending court action. 
Officers responded to The Orchard Apartments at 5:36 p.m. May 30 and met with the victim who reported that someone stole a package that was delivered to the residence. The packaged contained a cellular phone valued at $600. 
Eric J. Evans, 53, of Plainsboro, was charged with DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain a lane and obstructing traffic after being stopped at 9:09 a.m. May 30 on Route 130.
An officer observed a vehicle operating recklessly on Route 130 south near Route 571 and conducted a motor vehicle stop. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Evans was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action. 
Jason Clavijo, 20, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and failure to inspect after being stopped at 2:55 p.m. May 31 on Route 33 East.
An officer observed a vehicle operating on Route 33 east without a New Jersey inspection sticker and conducted a motor vehicle stop. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Clavijo was arrested and later released pending court action. 
Oleg Baida, 38, of Morristown, was charged with DUI, refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving and careless driving after being stopped at 10:53 May 31 at Petro Gas Station.
An officer observed a parked vehicle occupied by a sleeping male in the Petro Gas Station parking lot. Upon speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Baida was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action. 
Justin C. Durrant, 19, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped at 10:08 p.m. June 1 at the Route 33 Speedway gas station.
An officer observed a vehicle operating on Route 33 West with a malfunctioning brake light and conducted a motor vehicle stop. Further investigation revealed a passenger was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.Mr. Durrant was arrested and later released pending court action. 
The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports through Sunday, June 1, 2016. 
Maxwell L. Hammond, 28, of Hopewell, N.J., was arrested June 1 by Princeton Police Department for an outstanding warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Hammond was ROR’ed by Hightstown Court pending a new court date. 
Juan C. Troncoso-Espinal, 24, of the 100 block of Railroad Avenue, was arrested June 2 after turning himself in at police headquarters for an outstanding warrant out of Eatontown Municipal Court. Mr. Troncoso-Espinal was escorted to the processing room, processed and later released after posting full bail. 
Christina M. Tonery, 27, of East Windsor, N.J., was arrested June 3 during a motor vehicle stop for multiple outstanding warrants. Ms. Tonery was transported to headquarters, processed and later released after posting bail for all outstanding warrants. 
Homayoon Alborzfard, 53, of Hamilton, N.J., was arrested June 5 during a motor vehicle stop for an outstanding warrant out of Trenton Municipal Court. Mr. Alborzfard was transported to headquarters, processed and later released after being ROR’ed by Trenton Municipal Court. 
