SOUTH BRUNSWICK – Residents of Brandywine Senior Living are treated bimonthly to a program of current events while enjoying lunch.

During the Pasta & Politics program, the room is set up representing Republican, Democrat and Independent voters. YouTube highlights of the most recent political debates and CNN interviews are played.

Residents then discuss and/or debate issues at hand while enjoying a pasta appetizer.

Congresswomen Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-Burlington, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean) visited on June 2 to share her knowledge at the forum.

At the end of the program, resident Nancy Pike, whose husband was a mayor of Princeton, presented the congresswoman with a plaque thanking her for her time.
