BNE Real Estate Group has announced that All Star Bagel and Lucent Nails have signed a lease for storefront space at The Waverly, the new-construction apartment development at 300 Waverly Ave., Neptune Township.
All Star Bagel, a bagel and sandwich shop with locations in Ocean and Monmouth counties, will occupy a 1,103-square-foot retail space.
Lucent Nails & Spa, a new nail salon, will occupy a 1,331-square-foot retail space.
Both businesses are tentatively scheduled for a late summer or early fall opening.
