HILLSBOROUGH: Library hosts tiny horse wearing sneakers

Michelangelo, “the Little Therapy Horse,” came to the Hillsborough Library last Thursday.
Maureen Coultas of Hope’s Promise in Chester Township read from Michelangelo’s picture book, which told what therapy horses eat, where they live and what kinds of jobs they have.
Children could ask questions and pet Michelangelo, who wore sneakers so he wouldn’t slip on the tile floors. Therapy horses help people overcome anxieties, develop confidence and learn how to develop a bond. 
