Century 21 Burke Realty heads into third year with five new agents

The Century 21 Burke Realty office is celebrating its second-year anniversary, as it continues to be the fastest growing Century 21 agency in New Jersey.

In conjunction with the anniversary, John H. Burke, broker of record and owner of the independently-owned and -operated franchise, announced the hiring of five new staff members to add to the great success it has achieved in the past two years.

Burke said the agency is still interviewing applicants as news of Century 21 Burke Realty’s success and training is spreading throughout the area. The new Real Estate agents are:

Mark Draper is a seasoned veteran in mortgage lending, with a wealth of experience in title insurance. He was born and educated in Birmingham, England, and has lived in the United States for 30 years, residing in Highland Park for the past 18 years. He has 10 years of experience in the mortgage business and many years of experience working with a title company. He was working with repeat- and first-time home buyers along with their Realtors, and decided to become a licensed real estate professional to bring his extensive experience to complete the circle in the home-buying process.

Thomas Barlotta of Manalapan is a graduate of Monmouth University and specializes in commercial as well as residential real estate. He achieved experience in the industry with the Kislak Commercial Real Estate Brokerage.

Sana Dawn formerly worked for the Allstate Insurance Co. and is proficient in property, casualty and health insurance as well as residential real estate. Home buyers and sellers who speak Gujarati, Punjabi (eastern), Urdu or English will enjoy communicating and working with Sapna.

Daniyal Malik is a seven-year resident of North Brunswick. He is a graduate of DeVry University and also is conversant in Urdu, Punjabi and English. He formerly was a project manager.

Manjit Kaur of North Brunswick has earned a master of business administration degree and has worked as an accountant for technical companies.

Broker/Associate Kathleen Morin, manager of the Century 21 Burke Realty office, lauded the new real estate agents, stating, “They will add to the new energy the staff has been displaying and the success it has achieved. We are growing our share of the market and these new representatives will help us expand our footprint in Central New Jersey.”

Burke cited historically-low interest rates as being a great incentive for first-time home buyers to invest in the summer market. “Buying a house now can get a family into a new home in time to prepare for the next school year,” he said. The firm’s location on U.S. Route 1 in North Brunswick positions it ideally to serve all areas.

Burke extolled the virtues of the Century 21 System with assistance to potential new home buyers. “From its use of modern technology to its top-notch agent support tools, the Century 21 System enables us to provide an unparalleled customer experience. Between the liveliness of the executive team and the energy of the system, the Century 21 brand has so much to offer our business.”

Burke and his wife Ann Marie are co-owners of the company. They have more than 27 years of real estate experience between them and know what it takes to operate a successful business. John has a background in commercial real estate and finance and has owned Coastal Commercial Group since 2001, while Ann Marie has roots in the mortgage industry. The couple has extensive market knowledge of the North Brunswick area.

“We offer residential resales including single-family homes, townhouses and condominiums, new homes, prestigious properties, land sales, residential rentals, industrial & commercial leasing/sales and investment sales,” Burke added.” Our commercial division also is extremely active, having closed on three properties last month.”

The agency’s office is located at 1882 Route 1, North Brunswick. For more information or to reach any of Century 21 Burke Realty representatives, call 732-658-6800.
