The Monroe Township Public Library 2016 POV Summer Film and Discussion Series, featuring showings of the latest “POV” documentaries before their national broadcast premieres on PBS, will continue with “The Return” set for 1 p.m. July 16 at the library, 4 Municipal Plaza.

The film, directed by Kelly Duane De La Vega, follows prisoners’ transition into society and family resulting from the 2012 California action that shortened the state’s “three strikes” law.
