Carolyn and Joseph Caporaso of Point Pleasant announce the engagement of their daughter, Alyssa Marie Caporaso, to Joseph John Antonelli, son of Tina M. Antonelli and Robert G. Antonelli of Old Bridge.
The future bride is a graduate of Monmouth University, West Long Branch, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in education and certification in elementary education. She is employed as a substitute elementary school teacher.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Monmouth University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. A certified public accountant, he is employed with Ernst & Young, New York City.
An October 2016 wedding is planned.
