North Brunswick soccer tournament will honor Tim Howard, Tourette Syndrome association

The North Brunswick Soccer League will honor township native Tim Howard, an international soccer star and advocate for the NJ Center for Tourette Syndrome and Associated Disorders (NJCTS), by donating proceeds from the GMC Challenge Cup tournament that will be held on July 16 to NJCTS.

The annual 11 vs. 11 high school tournament is led by North Brunswick Township High School Coach Paul Liddy. Scholastic boys and girls from J.P. Stevens, Sayreville, Robbinsville, Spotswood, Mount Olive, South Brunswick and North Brunswick will be playing.

The tournament will take place beginning at 8 a.m. at Community Park, 2053 Route 130 south, North Brunswick.
