Come one, come all! The Friends of the Metuchen Library will hold a family arts festival and fundraiser for the Library Gallery on July 30 from 1-4 p.m. at the Metuchen Public Library. A number of outside activities are planned, including face painting, balloon animals, games and crafts. There will be a bake sale as well as a photo corner where you can have your picture taken. Various artists will also be on hand selling their works.

The excitement continues inside. The Library Gallery, located on the upper level of the library, will be holding a reception for the artists showing in the current exhibit, “About Faces.” This is a great time to stop in, meet the artists, and see some of the great works currently on display.
