Police officer’s help and courtesy deserves thanks and recognition

Bonnie Giacobbe, Skillman
I am writing about the thoughtful and informative way I was treated by Police Officer Sean Sullivan serving with the Montgomery Township Police Department.
I am a grandmother who needed help installing a new child car seat. Many things and laws have changed in the decade since I needed to do this. I called the Community Office phone number, (908) 874-3333, and explained my need. I was given the names and extension numbers of officers who have received specific training in car seat installation.
I contacted Officer Sullivan and we arranged to meet at the police station. He treated me courteously and patiently. After installing the seat, he answered all of my many questions thoughtfully and explained some of the thinking behind the car seat construction and placement in cars.
