By the last week of June, police Detectives Crispin Farrace and Joe Bauer reportedly had gathered evidence through an internal investigation to charge the juveniles with the assistance of Patrolmen Chris Williams and Rodney Tillery, the statement said.

The ages and town of residence for each juvenile could not be released as of press time.

All five juveniles were released into the custody of their parents following the charges.
