LAWRENCE: Police on the hunt for man who robbed Santander Bank branch

LAWRENCE — Police are seeking a man who entered the Santander Bank branch on Franklin Corner Road and robbed the bank of an undisclosed amount of money at lunchtime Wednesday.
The man entered the bank at noon, walked up to the teller and demanded money, police said. The man, who has bushy hair and was wearing a baseball cap, fled on foot toward the area of Stonicker Drive to a dark colored car.
No weapons were observed and no one was injured. The Trenton office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation responded to the bank and is assisting in the investigation.
