At Tip Tap Toe Dance Studio the goal is to provide the highest level of dance training in an atmosphere conducive to building confidence and self esteem. The class placement philosophy is based solely on a child’s ability and potential, not their age, grade or time dancing. At Tip Tap Toe they are more like a family and feel it is vital to maintain a close relationship with all the students. This helps them to define their developmental needs and further enhancing their progress. They encourage their students to build strong relationships with each other, which adds to the studio’s spirit. Friendships developed through dance are friendships that last a lifetime! Classes are offered for beginner, intermediate, recreational and advanced levels in ballet, pointe, lyrical, tap, jazz and hip hop. Tip Tap Toe offers an Intro to Dance program for 3 & 4 year olds. This is a 45-minute class introducing students to ballet and jazz. Tip Tap Toe is not a competition studio, but does have an award-winning competition team. The competition dances show off technique, style and confidence, not memorization. Competition to them is not about beating other dance studios, but beating the team goals. Tip Tap Toe only competes at the highest level of competitions and in the 2015/16 season they won several choreography awards and highest scoring dances in several genres of the entire competition.
