Coast Boating School LLC will conduct a New Jersey mandatory safe boating course, under the New Jersey State Law, at West Marine Store, Belmar, from 5:30-9 p.m. on Aug. 29 and Aug. 30. The cost is $75 and includes a $10 gift card.
