Runners and walkers from around the area will gather for the 39th annual Frog Hollow Swim and Tennis Club 5K Run and Health Walk on Sept. 11.
This year’s course has been certified by USA Track & Field and will travel through the streets of South Amboy and Waterfront Park, starting with an 8:30 a.m. Fun Run, followed by the 5K at 9 a.m. beginning at the club, Ferris Street and South Pine Avenue, South Amboy.
First, second and third place medals and trophies will be awarded by age group.
The entry fee is $20 in advance, $25 day of race and includes a commemorative t-shirt, post race picnic and all-day swimming and tennis for paid participants.
