Bravo Media hits the high seas with season four of Below Deck, premiering Tuesday, Sept. 6 at 9 p.m. Veterans Captain Lee, Ben Robinson, Kate Chastain and Kelley Johnson return with four new crew members. The series follows the crew onboard a 154 foot mega yacht as they cater to the champagne and caviar lifestyles of charter guests in the British Virgin Islands. During the new season, Captain Lee will be keeping a close eye on recently promoted Kelley who is eager for redemption.
Smithsonian Channel celebrates the 100th anniversary of the National Park Service with its new one-hour special, America’s National Parks at 100, premiering Sunday, Aug. 28 at 8 p.m. It began as a radical idea to preserve a mysterious land of boiling sulfur springs, to eventually include more than 400 places we’ve seen fit to save forever. The poster-child parks like Yosemite, Yellowstone and the Grand Canyon all have rich scenery, with many of our parks also reminding us of our American story, scientific inquiry and preservation of our national treasures.
CINEMAX’s new drama series Quarry will debut on Friday, Sept. 9 at 10 p.m. The series stars Logan Marshall-Green as Mac Conway aka Quarry, who is trying to readapt to normal society after returning home to Memphis from Vietnam. Struggling to make ends meet, he is lured into an underground killing network. The series is based on the bestselling books of Max Allan Collins.
Netflix will stream the third installment of Chef’s Table: France starting Friday, Sept. 2. We are invited back to visit with the best French chefs, as they share what inspires them and how it translates into their individual styles. The chefs featured this season are Alain Passard (L’ Arpége), Michel Troisgros (Maison Troisgros), Adeline Grattard (Yam’Tcha) and Alexandre Couillon (La Marine).
