Christopher P. McHugh, 21, of the Parlin section of Sayreville, was charged on Aug. 18 with sexual assault in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child in the third degree, according to a statement prepared by Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. McHugh, who is a volunteer at the Morgan First Aid Squad in Sayreville and a full-time EMT for Stress Free Medical Transportation in Edison, was being held at the Middlesex County Adult Corrections Center in North Brunswick, waiting for bail to be set, as of press time.
