The Level Club of South River Philo Lodge No. 243 F&AM will hold its semi-annual rib fest from 1-5 p.m. on Sept. 24 at the lodge, 120 Old Bridge Turnpike, South River.
Twice a year, the brothers invite veterans from the NJ State Veterans Memorial Home in Menlo Park to attend the rib fest, who then receive a $1,000 check for the MSA/HSP program.
There will be spare ribs, hamburgers, hot dogs, side dishes on the menu, as well as a deejay in the outside picnic area.
The cost is $20 for adults, $5 for children under 12 or free for children under 4. Unlimited beer and wine is available for an additional $5.
