Sari McGuinness, relocation coordinator with Davis Realtors, recently attended Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) Workshop in New York. The event attracted brokers, managers and relocation professionals from this global community of the highest quality independent real estate companies in more than 55 countries producing more than 1 million annual home sale transactions.
The workshop focused on current trends and effective strategies in real estate. The keynote speaker Jia Jiang offered compelling remarks on achieving success by overcoming the fear of rejection.
“Overcoming objections is key in any business. Jang’s experience was eye-opening, and universal,” Sari said. “Fear of rejection can inhibit personal and professional growth. Jang’s story was inspiring, from a boring IT job to television appearances and success as an author… the American dream. Learning how he accomplished this was illuminating and I can’t wait to share this with my agents.”
