The Women’s Ministry of Pilgrim Baptist Church, 172 Shrewsbury Ave., Red Bank, will hold it’s Women’s Conference and Women’s Day Celebration weekend on Sept. 24-25.
The theme will be “Women of Royalty, We Are Because He Is.” Saturday’s Conference will include workshops and a luncheon that will feature Rev. Audrey Williamson of Monmouth University. Sunday’s celebration will be held at both the 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. services, and will feature the Women’s Day Choir and Rev. Michelle Bartee-Lewis at 8 a.m. and Rev. Gail Simmons at 11 a.m. A special Women’s Day Breakfast will be prepared by the Men’s Ministry of Pilgrim and will be served at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday at no cost.
