It is not the world that distresses you, but how you relate to it.

We’ve read and heard messages similar to this, but usually no guidance is provided on how to relate to distress. That guidance is now available to you.

A Parthasarthy (aka Swami Parthasarthy) has been sharing for many years his extensive knowledge and experience on how to live a happy, successful and stress-free life with thousands of people. He states, “Living is an art, a technique and a skill. Just because you have lived 30, 40 or 50 years doesn’t mean you know how to live.”

Ms. Sunandaji, a disciple of Swami Parthasarthy, will speak from 6:30-8 p.m. on Sept. 29 and 30 and Oct. 1 at Trayes Hall in the Douglas Student Center at Rutgers University, located at 100 Georges Street in New Brunswick. Her topic will be the “Bhaja Govindam,” a text that provides the basic instructions in life. Her talk aims to provide you valuable lessons on living a successful, peaceful and harmonious life; give you an understanding of the meaning and purpose of human life; and equip you with tools to figure out and achieve your basic mission in life and the goals toward it.

Swami Parthasarthy will speak from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Oct. 2 at the same location. He will offer attendees his wisdom.

Admission is free and open to all. To register, go to www.VedantaUSA.org.
