A meeting of the Monmouth County Retired Educators Association will be held on Oct. 18 at Sterling Gardens, 227 Freneau Ave., Route 79, Matawan.
Meet and greet local politicians running for office at 10:30 a.m. The regular meeting will begin at 11 a.m. A representative from NJEA will discuss Medicare issues during the business meeting. Members are asked to bring a non-perishable donation for the local food bank. New members are welcome.
