LEONARDO — Middletown Day will take place from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sept. 24 at Croydon Hall, 900 Leonardville Road.

The fall festival will be held rain or shine and feature family favorites such as bouncy houses and carnival games, children’s activities, hayrides, live local music, a petting zoo, pony rides and a tag sale.

Visitors can get some early holiday shopping done at the Marketplace, which features local crafts and familiar festival vendors. There will also be parkour demonstrations, a BMX show and pie-eating contest.

The Business and Community Showcase, a major component of the day, will highlight local businesses, community associations and school groups that support Middletown.

Middletown Day also has opportunities for family learning as well. Learn about stormwater pollution at the Clean Communities display, emergency preparedness at the emergency management tent and fire safety in the fire department’s smokehouse.

Visitors should park at Bayview Elementary School or Kunkel Park and ride the free shuttle to and from the Middletown Day grounds. Continuous roundtrip shuttle services will be provided every 5-10 minutes. Parking will be very limited at Croydon Hall. For more information, visit www.middletownnj.org/450/Middletown-Day.
