The Monmouth County Park System announces The Casual Birder will be held at 9 a.m. on Oct. 6 at Perrineville Lake Park, Millstone. Meet in the Agress Road parking area. It will also be held at 9 a.m. on Oct. 20 at Wolf Hill Recreation Area, Oceanport. Meet in the Eatontown Blvd. parking area.
Join a Park System Naturalist for this laid-back morning bird walk for about an hour and see what birds can be found. No need to be an expert at identifying birds to enjoy this walk. A limited number of binoculars will be available to borrow if needed. Open to ages 8 and up. This is a free event.
