The Sayreville Recreation Department will sponsor its annual Hit the Bricks/Trail Run 5K 9:30 a.m. Oct. 8, rain or shine, at the Capik Nature Preserve, Bordentown Avenue, Sayreville.
The event, which will begin at the Sayreville Recreation Sports complex, will feature the run and a morning of food, music and more. Proceeds will benefit Sayreville Brain Injured Children.
