Ibby’s Mediterranean Fresh celebrated its grand opening on Oct. 11 at its newest location in the Midstate Mall, 300 Route 18 north, Suite 19, East Brunswick.

Creative Chef and Founder Adnan Kwara and Co-Founder Shetal Shah offer all natural recipes that use local, farm fresh ingredients as well as coffee beans from Ethiopia and spices from India and the Mediterranean.
There are protein, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menu items, with separate grills, ovens, preparation tables and service utensils.
All chicken and lamb are halal certified.
There is also an artisan coffee line that includes hot coffee, Nitro Brew and lattes.
