Hop To It Preschool celebrated its 10-year anniversary while launching its new home in Monroe on Oct. 1.
The preschool was founded in 2007 by MaryAnn Partnow, beginning as an enrichment program in her basement with five students in the morning and five students in the afternoon.
Hop To It then moved to a rented storefront in Manalapan, allowing for two classes to be run at the same time. The school began to offer tutoring and piano lessons.
After three years, the school relocated up the road to the First Presbyterian Church and expanded to four classrooms.
Now, a new state-of-the-art, two-floor building in Monroe is located at 1 Michael Lane.
