Monmouth Medical Center invites all individuals mourning the loss of a loved one to its weekly Bereavement Support Group, at the Monmouth County Library, Eastern Branch, 1001 Route 35, Shrewsbury.
The Bereavement Support Group is designed to provide a supportive and safe environment for those experiencing grief, and provides attendees an outlet to express their feelings. Throughout the month of Nov., the group will discuss strategies for navigating the holidays after a loss. The Bereavement Support Group meets weekly on Mondays, from 11 a.m.-12 p.m., and is facilitated by experienced professionals.
