Bar Louie, an eclectic urban neighborhood bar, will celebrate its official opening at 11 a.m. Dec. 2 at the Brunswick Square Mall, Route 18, East Brunswick, with East Brunswick Mayor Kevin McEvoy.
Bar Louie will feature $5 burger night on Tuesday nights, happy hour specials throughout the week, mimosa specials at brunch on Saturdays and Sundays and a selection of 32 different martini options and handcrafted food nightly until 2 a.m.
