At the Middlesex County Multiple Listing Stockholder’s meeting held on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2016 at the Pines Manor in Edison, Andrew Zastko, Broker/Owner of Gloria Zastko, Realtors in North Brunswick, was awarded the Middlesex County Multiple Listing Second Place President’s Award, in recognition of having the second greatest number of listings taken and closed for the fiscal year from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.
This is the 26th year Mr. Zastko has received the President’s Award. He was the first place recipient for 18 years, 1991, 1992, 1994, 1999-2003, 2006-2015.
Zastko is a two-term past President of the Middlesex County Multiple Listing System. He is on the Education Committee of the Middlesex County Association of Realtors. A lifetime resident of Middlesex County, he holds membership in the NJAR® Distinguished Sales Club, and has been a NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award winner from 1989 to 2015, achieving Platinum Level for fourteen consecutive years from 2002 to 2015 and in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 was Middlesex County’s only Platinum recipient.
Zastko is a graduate of Rider University and holds his New Jersey Broker’s license, and his GRI designation. For 16 years, he chaired North Brunswick’s Annual Heritage Day Committee, and he serves on the Advancement Cabinet at Mount Saint Mary Academy.
