The Sadie Pope Dowdell Library, 100 Harold G. Hoffman Plaza, South Amboy, will digitize local high school yearbooks that have not yet been digitized, with funding provided in part by the Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders, through a grant provided by the New Jersey Historical Commission, a division of the Department of State.
In conjunction with the project, library staff members will present a historical program 6:30-8 p.m. Nov. 29 that will feature segments of local history such as the artwork, photographs, thoughts, etc., of young adults of a certain time. Refreshments will be available.
