The North Branch of the Edison Public Library will hold a home seller’s seminar at 7 p.m. on Nov. 29.
Professionals from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and other professionals will be available to review the detailed steps required when purchasing a home. They will review the benefits of owning a home and the Real Estate Market statistics that convey facts useful in the buying experience. They will review two Real Estate purchase documents that have recently changed – the New Jersey Real Estate Contract of Sale and the Closing Disclosure Document – and answer questions.
