Talk to focus on N.J. American-Indian heritage

The Brandeis National Committee, Middlesex Chapter, will present a program titled “Archeology and the Delaware Indians: A 2,000 Year Odyssey” 1 p.m. Nov. 18 at the East Brunswick Public Library, Jean Walling Civic Center.

Historian Doug Humack, representing the Middlesex County Office of Culture and Heritage, will discuss New Jersey’s rich American-Indian heritage and share a display of American-Indian artifacts.

Admission is free of charge. The public is invited to attend.

The committee’s November Social Justice Collection is scarves, hats and gloves for Women Aware and a men’s shelter. Guests are asked to bring items for donation.
