Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a leading residential real estate brokerage company in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., announced today it has acquired the assets of Choice Realty, Co. in Iselin.
Choice Realty, which has one office and 31 independent sales associates, will operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is part of NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company.
Choice Realty was founded in 1974 by its broker/owner, David Fialk, who will join Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in a training and sales capacity. The company’s office is located at 1144 Green St., Iselin, and serves homebuyers and sellers in Woodbridge Township and Middlesex County.
