The Center for Vocational Rehabilitation, Inc. (CVR) held its 11th annual Casino Night at the Long Branch Elks Club on Oct. 21.
The well-attended event raised $12,000, a figure that resulted in the most profitable Casino Night ever held by CVR, which is a not-for- profit organization in Eatontown that houses many programs that help individuals with special needs.
CVR has a staff of highly trained professionals who prepare people with disabilities that include cognitive impairments, mental illness and physical disabilities to become positive contributors to the community’s workforce.
Some of the services that CVR offers include supported employment, mental health/partial care program, the production center vocational services, day habilitation program and the Autism academy.
