Neve Shalom, 250 Grove Ave., Metuchen, will present a Zimriyah and Prayer Fair at 9 a.m. on Dec. 18. Parents, grandparents or other guests are welcome to visit the Hebrew School classes. At 10:30 a.m. the children in grades K-7 will perform Prayer and Hanukkah songs. A “Prayer Fair” will be held from 11 a.m.-noon.
The projects and displays will be connected to Jewish prayer. The “Project Based Learning” groups in grades 4-7 have been making videos, art displays, computer games and other creative projects. Younger grades will see what the older children created, and everyone will be able to play games and do Hanukkah and Prayer related activities.
There is no admission fee and refreshments will be served.
