Cranbury Art in the Park to be featured at Gourgaud Gallery

Cranbury Art in the Park, which celebrates the art created from the Art in the Park plein air series sponsored by the Cranbury Arts Council, will be on display at the Gourgaud Gallery from Dec. 4 through Dec. 30.
Each month from May to October, a different Cranbury property hosts local artists to capture the scenes offered at their beautiful gardens and historic homes in Cranbury and the artists painted also in parks in and beyond the town.
There will be an artist reception from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4, at the Gourgaud Gallery, Cranbury Town Hall (Old School Building), 23-A North Main Street, Cranbury.
The art will be on display through the month of December making it a great time to purchase art for holiday gifts. Cash or a check made out to the Cranbury Arts Council is accepted as payment. All art that is sold gives a 20 percent donation to the Cranbury Arts Council in order to continue in its mission to promote and support the arts through its programs, classes, exhibits, summer art & technology camp and winter theatre camp.
