A program titled “Make an Ugly Sweatshirt” is planned for 6:30 p.m. Dec. 5 at the South River Public Library, 55 Appleby Ave.
Participants should bring a washed sweatshirt; the library will supply the decorations. All ages are welcome; however, children under age 9 must be accompanied by an adult.
