A free rabies vaccination clinic for cats and dogs will be held from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. on Jan. 7 at the Union Avenue Firehouse. Dog owners will be able to get their licenses at City Hall in Long Branch immediately after vaccination, also available from 9 a.m.-noon. Please do not bring pets into City Hall.
Rabies vaccination proof will be handed out at the Clinic. Proof of vaccination is necessary before obtaining a license. The fee for a license is $10 with proof of spay/neuter or $15 without.
