SHREWSBURY – On Friday, December 16, 2016, Mary Burke, owner, president and broker of record, Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty, one of Monmouth County’s leading real estate firms, announced and celebrated the grand opening of the firm’s newly built 6200-square foot Holmdel office location at 38 Main St., Holmdel. The sales office was previously located at 4 S Holmdel Rd.
A grand celebration with a festive holiday flair and a ribbon cutting ceremony was attended by 200-plus guests. Clients, friends, town officials, local real estate sales associates, local businesses, brand affiliate office owners; as well as Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty management, sales associates, and employees were in attendance. Sotheby’s International Realty corporate executives Tony Dolceamore, global vice president of Affiliate Services North America and Robert Byrne, vice president Affiliate Services Northeast were also in attendance to join in the celebration.
Professional harpist Marjorie Mollenauer serenaded the crowd with holiday music and Deputy Mayor Gregory Buontempo of Holmdel and Freeholder Deputy Director Serena DiMaso kicked off the celebration with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
