POLICE BLOTTER for the week of 12/23/16

The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2016.
Keith J. Harper, 36, of East Windsor, was charged with DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain lane, failure to signal turn, failure to turn in turning course, failure to observe signal, having unclear license plates, failure to exhibit documents after being stopped at 11:40 p.m. Dec. 8 on Route 130.
An officer was on patrol on Route 130 and observed a vehicle driving recklessly and conducted a motor vehicle stop. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from within the vehicle. Mr. Harper was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action.
Gloria L. Davis, 74, of West Windsor was charged with sholifting after an incident Dec. 8 at TJ Maxx.
Officers responded to TJ Maxx at 6:23 p.m. for a report of shoplifting. TJ Maxx Loss Prevention reported that a customer had been witnessed concealing merchandise with a total value of $206.89. Ms. David was arrested and later released pending court action.
Laurence Haynes, 21, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and speeding after being stopped at 10:40 a.m. Dec. 11 on Dutch Neck Road.
An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Dutch Neck Road near Route 130 for a motor vehicle infraction. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Haynes was arrested and later released pending court action.
Christian Bonilla, 20, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of designer drugs, possession of prescription drugs, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 1:31 a.m. Dec. 14 on Farrington Place.
An officer observed a suspicious occupied parked vehicle on Farrington Place. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of marijuana, designer drugs, prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Bonilla was arrested and later released pending court action.
The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports from Dec. 14 through Dec. 18, 2016.
Andrew W. Vivadelli, 39, of the 100 Block of Monmouth Street, was arrested Dec. 14 for an active warrant out of East Windsor Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Lincoln Avenue. Mr. Vivadelli was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and later released to the custody of the East Windsor Police Department.
Christopher P. Spare, 34, of the 100 Block of Monmouth Street, was arrested Dec. 14 for an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court, and Mansfield Municipal Court, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Lincoln Avenue. Mr. Spare was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and released on his own recognizance.
Bryan M. Marchildon, 28, of Hamilton Township, was arrested Dec. 15 by the Trenton Police Department for an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Marchildon was released to the custody of the Hightstown Police Department, and then transported to the Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility, in lieu of bail.
Ralph D. Sparklin, 42, of East Windsor, was in the custody of the Monmouth County Jail Dec. 15 on an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Sparklin was released to the custody of the Hightstown Police Department and transported to the Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility, in lieu of bail.
Amy E. Sentner, 41, of Wall Township, was arrested Dec. 15 for driving while intoxicated, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Rogers Avenue. Ms. Sentner was transported to the headquarters, booked, processed, and released to a friend.
Robert W. Swearingen, 65, of East Windsor, was arrested Dec. 16 for an active warrant out of Madison Joint Municipal Court, during the course of a welfare check for a male subject who was reported to be intoxicated, in front of a store located on Rogers Avenue. Mr. Swearingen was transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and released on his own recognizance.
Gary S. Wu, 21, of Princeton Junction, turned himself Dec. 16 in on an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Wu was booked, processed, and released after posting bail.
Seth C. Hilton, 25, of the Westerlea Arms Apartments, and Christie L. Ferrante, 31, from East Windsorn were arrested Dec. 18 for possessing less than 50 grams of marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia, and for possessing CDS in a motor vehicle, during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Grape Run Road. Mr. Hilton and Ms. Ferrante were transported to headquarters, booked, processed, and released on summons complaint with a pending court date.
