Robotics competition to feature East Brunswick, South River students

Members of Ro11botics697 Team No. 11697 will take part in the Westfield Robotics competition, part of the Central New Jersey League Tournament, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Feb. 5 at Westfield High School, 550 Dorian Rd., Westfield.
The team is comprised of five students from the East Brunswick and South River school districts. They will compete against more than 35 teams during the event.
The team is sponsored by Johnson & Johnson, under the direction of Coach Charlie Wang, who is an employee of J&J.
The team is looking to recruit three more students in the next school year.
