Peter Sarni helps guide nutrition, strength training

Pete Sarni has enjoyed a career in sports and fitness for the last 10 years as an athlete, bodybuilder, strength, fitness and nutrition coach.

Certified and experienced, Pete can assist anyone at any age; ability or special populations achieve their goals. His unique approach to training has helped high school athletes become stronger, faster and more explosive as well as Parkinson’s, traumatic brain injury; surgical rehab and pre/post menopausal clients all remain mobile and strong.  He is a natural coach and has spent his entire life helping others both in and out of the gym. He is a patient and generous trainer. His passion is seeing people realize the talent, ability and strength they contain within themselves. Or, as Pete would say:“Dance with the girl that brung you”.  His movement expertise combined with his nutrition and diet guidance has built muscles and shed pounds in Monmouth county for the last decade.

Pete Sarni Fitness Design operates out of Bulldog Strength and Conditioning, a 5,000 square foot training facility, and is conveniently located on Ginesi Drive off of Center Street, near the Monmouth county fair grounds in  Freehold. Training with Pete is on your terms, he does not require appointment times, clients can train all month for one flat fee, making frequent training more affordable.  The setting is semiprivate with every client programmed individually and coached directly by Pete.
Training is a very personal commitment. At Pete Sarni Fitness Design, initial consultations and the first week is complimentary.
