Those tasks can be achieved when the MCSPCA  sponsors its annual Valentine’s Day Brunch on Feb. 12. The event will be held from 11 a.m. through 2 p.m. at the Navesink Country Club, 50 Luffburrow Lane, Middletown.

Last year’s event sold out and raised over $38,000 for animals in the care of the MCSPCA.

“MCSPCA supporters look forward to our Valentine’s Day Brunch each year. It’s a relaxed afternoon with friends and a terrific way to find that perfect gift for your sweetheart,” said Chief Ross Licitra, executive director of the Monmouth County SPCA.

This year’s event will feature a variety of new and exciting attractions, including a “Tunnel of Love” photo booth, jewelry chance auction and chance basket items and much more. Every attendee will also be automatically entered to win a vacation to the Grenadine Islands in the Caribbean. The MCSPCA will be welcoming back DonnaLyn Giegerich as the event emcee this year.

Tickets are $85 per person and include a buffet brunch plus a complimentary drink. Tickets for the 50/50 can be purchased prior to or during the event for $10 each. The drawing will take place at 2 p.m. on Feb. 13 at the MCSPCA Homeward Bound Adoption Center in Eatontown. Winner need not be present.
