Workshop to teach parents how to discuss tough topics with children

The North Brunswick Township High School Parent Teacher Student Organization will hold the program, “Talk, They Hear You: A Community Conversation,” at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 13 in the school’s Media Room, 98 Raider Road, North Brunswick.

The interactive program will help parents increase their awareness of the prevalence of substance abuse among teenagers, increase their role in deterring substance abuse, increase positive actions by parents and tips on how to start conversations about tough topics with their children.
