Public invited to seminar on condominium law

The public is invited to attend a seminar on Condominium Law, sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Foundation, from 7-9 p.m. on March 22 at the New Jersey Law Center, 1 Constitution Square, off Ryders Lane, New Brunswick.
Speakers will be three attorneys highly experienced in community association law: Christine F. Li, partner in the real estate department of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis, Woodbridge; Scott K. Penick, chair of the Corporate Group at McGovern Legal Services, North Brunswick; and Robert J. Flanagan, III, associate in the Litigation Department and member of the Community Association Practice Group at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis, Woodbridge.
Specific topics will include common legal and financial problems of those communities, dealing with the developer, handling tenants and other residents, working with the association and its board, understanding the services of such professionals as property managers and accountants, and litigating and resolving disputes. A question-and-answer period will follow the presentations.
