Rocking chair fundraiser set for Feb. 25-26

The 32nd annual Rock-a-Thon is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, through 11 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, at North Brunswick Township High School, 98 Raider Road, North Brunswick.

This 24-hour rocking chair marathon raises money for charities by having students get pledges and then rock the day and night away. This year, the event will benefit the Hugs for Brady Foundation, Operation Jersey Cares and the North Brunswick Food Bank.

Visitors are welcome from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Feb. 25 and from 8-11 a.m. Feb. 26.

Donation checks can be made out to NBTHS Rock-a-Thon and mailed to the high school, attention Joel Chesler.
