St. Bartholomew School’s pre-K-3 and pre-K-4 programs are based on the New Jersey Preschool Teaching & Learning Standards and the Diocese of Metuchen Early Childhood Guidelines. Our primary focus is to provide our little scholars with hands-on activities to explore concepts, encourage curiosity and develop higher order learning skills. Students will also develop and strengthen socialization skills in a safe, age appropriate and welcoming environment.
Curriculum is delivered in an integrated manner through the daily routines, activities and interactions and fun and creative expressions of play. We offer experiences that maximize learning and development, providing each child with a foundation for current and future success. We offer before-school and after-school care enrichment programs. The birthday cutoff for enrollment is Oct. 31. There is a full-time nurse and guidance counselor and our school is nut free. St. Bartholomew School is AdvancED-accredited with Wi-Fi throughout the facility, Google Classroom and digital whiteboards.
