SAMHAJ (South Asian Mental Health Awareness in Jersey) will hold a support group for those dealing with mental health disorders and their loved ones from 7-8:30 p.m. on March 2 at the NAMI NJ office, 1562 Route 130, North Brunswick.
Meet friends and family in a stigma-free atmosphere to feel connected and supported.
SAMHAJ will also hold a Central Jersey Peer Support Group from 7:30-9 p.m. March 15 at the same location.
